Return Policy

If you are not 100%
satisfied with any purchase, you can return the product to us for a full
refund. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased
it.

Any product that you
return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original
packaging where appropriate. Please make sure you keep your receipt
where one is given.

If your product is an
event ticket for an event that has not yet taken place, we will be happy
to issue a refund at least 30 days in advance of the event taking place.

If your order was a
preorder, including but not limited to Kickstarter or advance orders of
anticipated restocks, we may charge a cancellation fee in order to cover our
expenses. Please see our terms and conditions for further information.


Shipping Details

Delivery, Dispatch & Shipping Times

We aim to deliver orders to our UK customers within 4-5 working days as we know how important it is to receive your orders quickly! 

Our aim is to dispatch all in-stock orders on the same day that they are received if they are received before 2pm, and the next working day otherwise. Preorders will be dispatched the day before the appropriate street date so that you will have them as soon as possible.

We ship orders using Royal Mail 24 which is almost always delivered next working day, but this is not a guaranteed service – Royal Mail aims to deliver these parcels within 1-2 working days. 

Packaging

All orders will be well packed and should reach you in pristine condition – if they don’t, please let us know and we will investigate. Where possible we recycle packaging used by our suppliers in an effort to reduce our carbon footprint.

Stock Levels

Our stock level are always accurate – we do not mark items as in stock if we don’t physically have them and we do not oversell products. You can be confident that when you place an order with us, the item will be in stock and ready to ship.

For back-orders, we receive stock from most of our suppliers twice a week, so you shouldn’t have to wait long for your order to dispatch. If you would like to know more accurately when a given item will come back into stock, feel free to contact us.
